What this address is

This host runs the rendezvous and relay server that MachadoViewer uses to find and connect machines. The same server also serves this page. If you opened this address expecting a website and got a timeout before today, that was correct behaviour: the relay listens on its own ports and nothing answered on 80 or 443.

Installing on a new machine

Run the installer and approve the elevation prompt. The server address, public key and unattended password are already inside it, so there is nothing to type and nothing to paste. When setup finishes, the app is ready and this machine has its own ID.

The installer is unsigned. Windows SmartScreen and some antivirus products will ask you to confirm. That is expected for a private build, not a sign of infection. The guide explains how to check the file's SHA-256 before running it.

Connecting

Open MachadoViewer on the machine you are sitting at, type the other machine's ID into the remote desk box, and press Connect. Enter the unattended password when asked. Both machines dial out to this server, so no port forwarding or VPN is involved.
